Your most important information deserves serious protection. Here's how we keep it safe, explained simply, with the technical detail for those who want it.
Your information is encrypted
Your sensitive information is encrypted, scrambled into unreadable code, both while it travels to us and while it sits in our systems. Even if someone got hold of the raw data, they couldn't read it.
Technical We use AES-256 encryption (the same standard trusted by banks and healthcare providers). Encryption keys are protected by hardware security modules through AWS Key Management Service, and data in transit is secured with TLS.
You control who has access
Your information is yours. Only you and the delegates you specifically choose can access your vault. No one else gets in without your say-so.
Your data stays in the UK
Your information is stored on secure infrastructure based in the United Kingdom, and we're built to comply with UK GDPR.
