Your brand. Their peace of mind.
Give your clients a secure place to organise everything their family will need — under your firm's name, on your firm's portal.

How it works
Invite
you invite clients by email; nothing is shared until they accept.
Their vault, your brand
clients sign in through your branded portal and build their vault with the document categories you've set.
Stay informed, stay useful
estate readiness scores and reports show you who's prepared and who needs a conversation.
What you see — and what you never do
You'll see engagement, estate readiness, and how complete each area of a client's vault is.
You will never see the contents: no documents, no item details, no private information.
Your clients know that too — it's why they say yes.
How death declarations are handled
When someone reports the death of one of your clients, the case goes to your firm's own administrators to review — the evidence, the decision, and the record are your firm's alone, and platform staff cannot read your queue. Every decision is recorded permanently; the documents themselves are held in My Treasure Chest's secure storage and deleted on fixed clocks — six years after an approved case, ninety days otherwise. Your staff see the shape of a living client's vault, never its contents.
Why firms use it
Stay relevant between matters — a will is a moment, readiness is a relationship.
Prompt reviews when circumstances change.
Give bereaved families one organised starting point instead of a drawer of unknowns.
